The selling process
We offer stress-free conveyancing services for selling a property.

Prepare your contract
It’s important that you have your contract of sale ready before the first offer is made. We can either draft or review a contract for you to make sure you are protected.
2.
Under Contract
Once you’ve accepted an offer and your property goes under contract, we’ll assist with formally discharging your mortgage if one exists on the property. If there are any conditional clauses, we will ensure the buyer meets all the conditions.
3.
Final Checks
Once the sale progresses to unconditional, we will work with the buyer’s conveyancing team to ensure all settlement adjustments are split fairly.
4.
Attend Settlement
Whilst you take the final steps to hand your property over to the new owner, we will liaise with all parties involved to ensure a smooth settlement.
