The Buying Process
We offer stress-free conveyancing services for buying property throughout Queensland.
1.
Contract Review and Negotiation
We will review your contract, conduct conveyancing searches and negotiate any changes to ensure you receive a fair deal.
Your journey will be supported by our Principal Lawyer, John Christian. John will be available to answer any questions and make the process as stress-free as possible.
2.
Get an Expert Report
We can organise a building and pest report for you in case there are any defects or issues with pests (additional fees apply).
We can clarify any information on this report and assist you to negotiate the purchase price based on the findings.
3.
Finalise your Finance
We work with your lender to approve your home loan and ensure funds are ready for settlement or are available when purchasing in cash. We’ll also assess whether any stamp duty or first homeowners concessions apply.
4.
Attend Settlement
We take care of everything on settlement day. Funds will be transferred to the seller and the title will be transferred to you.
